NYC Property Management Group (NYCPMG) launched in 2013 after more than dozen years working in New York City’s vertically driven real estate property management sector.
NYCPMG management expertise derives from managing a residential portfolio of buildings for some of the leading property management firms in NYC. NYCPMG expertise has covered the gamut of residential real estate, including overseeing capital improvement projects for properties and individually owned apartments.
Communication is key to management success. NYPMG offers a variety of services to ensure all client relationships have a precise and clear understanding of their project’s undertakings. NYCPMG gathers the information from the field, gains a full understanding of the findings, and communicates next steps and recommendations. NYCPMG offers assurance in that all details are addressed from managing the project’s operating accounts and capital expenses; obtaining, leveling, and negotiating bids and awarding contracts; and review and prepare “bulletproof” alteration packages.
